The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

• Goods refer to the digital items (remotely guided art processes) offered for sale on the Service.

• Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

• Service refers to the Website.

• Website refers to The Artery, accessible from http://theartery.co.za

• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are not entitled to cancel your order. This is due to the digital nature of the Goods for sale, that are received immediately and irrevocably upon purchase. 

You are not elligble for a refund under any circumstances.
